Warranty
We guarantee all of our merchandise for a period of one year, starting with the date of purchase. Please keep your copy of receipt for proof of purchase.

Return Policy and Restocking Fees
Your satisfaction with our products is our top priority.

A restocking fee is a percentage of the price of an item and it is charged to a customer depending on the condition in which the item has been returned.

The following is a breakdown of Canada Leathers Ltd. restocking fees:

The wrong item was delivered to you by us	NO, and we (the seller) cover shipping cost
The item is not what the customer expected to get and the item will be returned for the one of the following reasons: - Found a better deal - No longer interested - Ordered by accident - Not what the customer was looking for	YES, fee applies up to 10% of the sale price
The item will be returned to us after more than 30 days from the day of the original shipping date (Exception may apply to customers out of North America)	YES, fee applies up to 20% of the sale price
The wrong item was ordered and the customer likes to exchange it with another item	NO, but shipping costs will be applied
The item has been opened by the customer and it was used before returning to us	YES, fee applies up to 40% of the sale price
The item is defective when it was received	NO fees apply. You may return any defective merchandise free of charge excluding shipping charges within 30 days of receiving your order. All items must be in the condition you received them, including the tags attached and in the original packaging. Please pack and seal your return securely using an insured carrier service. Your shipment must be sent prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. At canadaleathers.ca we are only able to process returns of merchandises purchased from canadaleathers.ca.

In the case that a purchase has been made but the product is unavailable in a timely manner, the full purchase price shall be refunded to the customer.

Refunds
For refunds we only credit the original account used to make the original purchase. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. Restocking Fees may apply!

For purchases through PayPal, if:

• PayPal balance or bank account was used, the amount will immediately be refunded back to your PayPal account
• Credit card was used, the refund will immediately be sent to the credit card company for processing. Generally, this can take 1 - 7 days depending on the credit card company. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
